I have been an avid fitness enthusiast for well over a decade. I have spent hundreds of hours studying texts on nutrition, fitness, and exercise. Between that and my own experiences I believe I have become very knowledgeable in the subject. I did not go to college and get a degree, however you don't always need a piece of paper to give advice. I will not get too specific on this page because many people will say "Hey, who is this guy giving advice? He doesn't have a college degree!" So I will keep the site basic and to the point on general knowledge on fitness and nutrition. This site will not push any supplements or specific products. Many sites that do push products taint their information to where it isn't exact or is exaggerated to the point where it is invalid in order to sell their product. They will focus on one or two good things and ignore the bad. That won't happen on my site. I can not substitute a professionally trained nutritionist, doctor, or personal trainer. However, I can be a piece of the puzzle.

I was one of the 4 people who sat at the losers table in junior high school.

I was profiled in the May 2006 edition of Muscle & Fitness Magazine for my fitness success.
